Monday.com offers four price tiers depending on the number of users it has. Pricing starts at five users and goes up to over 200.
The lowest tier is for five users, with the ‘Basic’ plan at £ 25 ($ 32) per month. It includes 20+ column types, Kanban view, embedded forms, basic activity log, iOS / Android mobile apps, two-factor authentication, 24/7 support, and 5GB of storage.
The ‘Standard’ plan, considered the most popular by Monday.com regardless of the number of users, is £ 41 ($ 53) per month. It has everything the ‘Basic’ plan offers, plus a timeline, calendar, a map view, unlimited activity log, dashboard sharing, form customization, advanced search. The ability to create templates, email integration, external integrations, a full API (Application Programming Interface), and 50GB of storage.
The ‘Pro’ package costs £ 62 ($ 79) per month. It includes all the features of the other two plans plus formula columns, time tracking, chart view, custom labels, unlimited guests, private boards, Google authentication, and unlimited storage.
The ‘Enterprise’ tier costs £ 123 ($ 157) per month. Additional features include a higher API speed limit, VIP support, one-to-one tracking, session management, audit trail, 99.9% uptime SLA, single sign-on, and 24/7 priority support for the Monday.Com Review. Monday.com walks you through the setup, which makes it a relatively straightforward process. After entering your email address, a confirmation code remains sent to you. Once logged in, you will remain guided through a series of screens that will ask you various questions.
These include the detail of how many users you will have, what you will be using the platform for, which tools are most valuable to you, and you also need to choose your workspace name and URL. The dashboard is then displayed, and this whole process only takes a few minutes.
You will immediately remain prompted to set up your first project. Once again, Monday.com walks you through this. You can choose from many templates, including Marketing, Content Production, Project Management, Freelancers, and Design, among others. Featured platform templates include a high-level project plan, team tasks, sales process, job recruitment, and social media scheduling. We chose to sample the “project level high plan” template.

The Monday.com interface is vibrant and immediately catches your eye. The inbox, “my week,” boards, shareable boards, private boards, and various template options remain displayed on the left side of the board.

You can view your dashboard information in multiple views with the Dashboard View feature. The Add View button is at the top right of your dashboard.
The View Center displays a variety of different dashboard views. These include File, Map, Calendar, Chart, Broadcast, Kanban, and Timeline views.

Columns are the main emphasis of your board. Monday.com offers a wide range of columns that can remain used to customize your dashboard fully.
Columns and Column Center can remain accessed via the “+” icon on the right side of the board you are working on. Users can add columns like Status, Text, Person, Timeline, Date, Labels, and Numbers from the drop-down list. There are more types of columns available in the Column Center. These include the Checkbox, Link, World Clock, Phone, File, and Location columns.
The Monday.com stories page allows users within the community to share knowledge and information. There are various valuable categories, and users talk about how different aspects of the platform have helped them achieve goals and improve teamwork.
You can go to https://monday.com/stories and authorize access to your boards when you are uploading a story. Just click the “Share your story” button at the top right of the page when you find the category in which you want to share aboard.
Monday.com integrates with a variety of applications. These include Excel, Trello, Google Calendar, Dropbox, Google Drive, Zapier, Integromat, and Slack.
Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans include API access so users with coding skills can integrate their applications with the platform.

Monday.com is a fun and fun project management platform. The initial setup is frank, and while it may take some time to enter all the necessary data for your first project, there is a minimal learning curve to negotiate. Each row/column is known as a pulse and generally contains a task in an easy-to-read layout.
There are a wide variety of templates to choose from, so you will never remain bored. Each one is colourful and vibrant. However, the sheer amount of choices can be overwhelming for some users. If this is the occasion, you might want to check out simpler project management platforms, such as Trello or Asana.
Monday.com is missing some features that are seen more frequently on more profound platforms like Zoho Projects. There is no general discussion area that remains not tied to individual projects. The lack of markup tools and recurring tools can also annoy some users.
While Monday.com has several pricing plans, it can remain expensive compared to similar platforms like Trello.
